Most of the time when people talk about India.. They will say "India is dirty"

I want to ask them .. "Have you ever been to India?"

if you think India is dirty.. people always shitting and rude.. you should know this thing happens every where in the world.. not only in India..

I was in South India.. try to called to Indian number.. but it doesn't work.. then one Uncle came and  asked me what's wrong? then he tried to help and also asked many people to help me to call this number.. I still remember how kind they were!


many place in India make me feel so happy to be there and always wanna go back to visit... food was nice.. people was sweet.. yeah.. not only good people I met.. but I'm sure you already know a lot of shit from other people so I no need to talk about it..

If you ask me why I like India... I can say that I don't know why in the beginning coz I grow up with the Ramayana story and also learn the Buddha story from the class room.. not only that.. I also dream to see Himalaya and the Ganga, Yamuna , Sindhu river  someday..

The amazing place that many amazing thing and amazing people came from...  The place that people say "Dirty" but.. don't forget that "The Lotus flower came from the Mud"

โคลงสี่ (ไม่) สุภาพ ของหญิงเล็ก และผองเพื่อน

เมื่อวานเข้าร่วม Workshop กับกลุ่มภาษาและวรรณกรรม มีอาจารย์บุญเตือน (อบต) และวิทยากรอีกสามท่าน หนึ่งในนั้นคือ อาจารย์เนาวรัตน์ พงษ์ไพบูลย์ ดิฉันก็กรี๊ดดดดดดดดดดดดสิคะ ได้แบบว่า เจอตัวเป็นๆ และได้ร่วมรับประทานอาหารในห้องเดียวกัน.... กรี๊ดดดดดดดดดดๆๆๆๆๆ (ขนาดกินกันคนละโต๊ะนะนี่กรู) แต่ก็อย่างว่า ความเป็นศิลปินอาจถ่ายทอดกันทางดีเอ็นเอ เพราะคุณหน่อยทะเลพ่อของหญิงเล็กนั้นไซร้ เรียนภาษาไทยเป็นวิชาเอก ตั้งแต่เด็กๆ ก็แต่งกลอนส่งประกวด ได้รางวัลบ้างไม่ได้บ้างตามประสา แต่พอเมื่อมาทำงานแล้ว ก็ห่างหายไปจาวงการกวี พอมีงานสัมมนานี้หญิงเล็กก็รีบพุ่งไปด้วย (ขนาดไม่ได้ลงชื่อไป แต่ก็ยังแบบนะ ขอแจมซะหน่อยสิ)

ด้วยอาการคันมือ  เราจึงเริ่มปฏิบัติการทดลองแต่งโคลงร่วมกะชายกอบ (พี่ชายร่วมขบวนการในกลุ่มงานจารีต) ร่วมกันแต่งเพื่อกัดจิกแบบกวี ดังนี้

(อันนี้มีนาม สมมุติของคนสองคน คือ เจ้านาย และลูกน้อง ที่เราเจอแบบนี้บ่อยๆในที่ทำงานน่ะ เลยแต่ง เวลาอ่านกรุณาทำเสียงจิกๆ จะได้อารมณ์ม้ากกกกกก)

ยีบอกให้หยิ่มมา      หยิ่มนั่ง
ทำเป็นตั้งใจฟัง       นกรู้
ตาพริ้มอย่างซึ้งจัง   เจือกหลับ
เทพหยิ่มใครอย่าสู้   อย่างเรื้อนแลเฮย...

กร๊า กกกกๆๆๆๆๆ

อีกคน อันนี้ ฉายา คอโรฟิล เพราะพี่แกชอบรดน้ำต้นไม้ (ไม่ใช่หน้าที่) และวันๆ นั่งขยับเม้าส์ (คลิกหาอะไรบางอย่างบนคอมพิวเตอร์ ที่ไม่ใช่หน้าที่) เราเลยแบบ .. ขอซักนิดส์นะพี่นะ

นามว่านายคอ โร          ดั่งนั้น
วันวันไม่ทำโอ             ทำห่า ไรเลย
ใคร แช่งแม่งไม่คร้าน     สุดด้านทำมึน

จากนั้น ช่วงบ่ายก็เริ่มมี Work shop หญิงเล็กและผองเพื่อน เลยได้โอกาสฝึกแต่งโคลงกับผู้เข้าร่วมสัมมนา... ไม่ใช่ไก่กานะคร้าาาา ขอบอก... โคลงนั้นกรรมการท่านบังคับว่า จะต้องมีคำเหล่านี้อยู่ และต้องแต่ง เอก โท ตามบังคับของโคลง เราก็แบบ กรี๊ดดดดด แค่แต่งโคลงก็ปัญญาแทบไม่มียังมีคำบังคับอีกเหรอ... จะยากไปไหนคะ หญิงเล็กแต่งเอามันส์ ไม่ได้แต่งเอาโล่นะคะ.. กรี๊ดดดดดๆๆๆ

คำบังคับชุดแรกคือ "รักอ่านรักเขียน" (อันนี้ให้แต่งเป็นกลุ่มที่นั่งโต๊ะเดียวกัน มีสามคน แต่แต่งอยู่สองคนค่ะ)

เอาสิ จะเอาไงดี... เราเลยแต่งว่า....

รักเขียนเราจึ่งต้อง     ท่องจำ
รักอ่านพากเพียรย้ำ    ค่ำเช้า
เล็กน้อยค่อยค่อยทำ  ลืมตื่น
เช้าแม่มาปลุกเข้า      คร่อกฟี้ทีกู

ฮ่าๆๆๆๆๆ (อันนี้คงโดนเซ็นเซอร์ กมก ไม่อ่านออกเสียง)

อีกอันคือ "รักใคร่ไยดี" หญิงเล็กจึงแต่งจากแรงบันดาลใจส่วนตัว โดยมีชายกอบ (อีกแระ) ช่วยคิดคำที่เข้ากฏเอกโทให้ ว่า.....

ชายไทยมีหมื่นล้าน      จรลี
แปรเปลี่ยนเป็นสตรี      ทั่วหล้า
รักใคร่ไม่ไยดี              ชะนีเบื่อ
หมดสิทธิ์แล้วตูข้า        แน่แท้ คานทอง

กร๊ากกกๆๆๆๆ ฮามากกกก ขนาดได้อ่านออกเสียงบนเวที แถม กมก ยังแอบบอกว่า ขอให้สมพรปาก (วีนนนนนน!!!)

โคลงนี้ประสบความสำเร็จ คนฮาทั้งฮอลล์ แหวกแนวเหลือเกิน (ปลื้ม) ส่วนใหญ่คนจะแต่งกันแบบเป็นทางการ วิจิตรพิสดารมาก แต่อิฉันเอาฮาไว้ก่อน เพราะเป็นนิสัยและสันดานส่วนลึกๆ

ปรากฏว่า หญิงเล็กได้รับคอมเม้นจาก กมก ว่า "OK" และลายเซ็นต์จากอาจรย์เนาวรัตน์ พงษ์ไพบูลย์ (ศิลปินแห่งชาติ) อาจารย์วิลักษณ์ ศรีป่าซาง (กวีดังแห่งล้านนา ผู้อ่านโคลงของหญิงเล็กออกอากาศบนเวที กรี๊ดดดดๆๆๆ) และอาจารย์บุญเตือน ศรีวรพจน์ (หัวหน้ากลุ่มภาษาและวรรณกรรม) ดูได้จากภาพปลากรอบด้านล่างนะ กรี๊ดดดด กร้าาาาดดดด กรี๊ดดดกร้าดดดดด....

และร่วมถ่ายรูปด้วยอีก กรี๊ดดดดดดดดดๆๆๆๆๆ

จากวันนี้ หญิงเล็กก็ค้นพบและปลุกพรสวรรค์ที่หลับไหลมานานผ่านกาลเวลา อิ๊ๆๆๆ (เวอร์ไปนิดส์ จิ๊ดนึง) ตั้งใจว่าจะแต่งโคลงจิกกัดต่อไปให้มันส์ปาก และโคลงฮาๆ ให้อ่านแล้วท้องขัดท้องแข็งกะเพื่อนอีก...

ใครอ่านแล้วอยากติชมหรืออยากร่วมแต่ง เชิญคอมเม้นไว้ได้นะคร้าาาา นะคร้าาาาา.....


ป.ล. และถ้าใครหาว่าหญิงเล็กมัวแต่ทำไรอยู่นี่สิ ถึงเรียนไม่จบซะที หญิงเล็กขอยืดอกรับ และกล่าวเป็นโคลงสวยๆ ที่กวีระดับแนวหน้า ประพันธ์ไว้ ..... (เฉพาะท่อนนี้ เพื่อหญิงเล็กเรยจริงๆ)

five basic Buddhist precepts of moral practices... in Thai Joke.. (but I think it's really true!)  heheee..

1. Refrain from violate or kill any other beings (Unless a mosquito bits us.. Hit it! )
2. Refrain from  steal other's property..  (if they fall to sleep, take it all..)
3. Refrain from commit adultery.. (if your beloved ignore your flirting , force him/her!)
4. Refrain from say a lie.. (if we fart and some body ask, just say "NO")
5. Refrain from drink alcohol or take any drug. (if we not drunk yet, get many more)

but when I grow up... and think about this joke.. it's still funny .. but in another way..
more like satirize or parody about Thai people our self..

coz Thailand always show the world that we are the Buddhism country..
We offering food for the monks every morning..
The center of our soul is a temple..

BUT...

Even the 1 Precept.. "Refrain from kill" we can't do it..
We gave the meat to the monk to eat!!!

I got an argument with 1 Thai monk in the class room..
I asked him.. What is the 1 precept??? and why people still offering meat to u?
He said.. well.. Monks "have to" accept and eat everything that people offering to us..

so I asked him "Then why you don't teach them the 1 precept is .. refrain form kills" ?? without demand then it is no supply..

after that.. we have more conversation.. make me sad to know that some monk.. they have an idea about animals like this..

They still believe that animals born to be food for us and it is "Food chain" ...
if we don't eat this animals... then others will...

after this answer.. I don't know why people still say that "We are higher than animals coz we are human being"

what we did.. (kill) and what they did (kill) is just the same!

I believe about the demand and supply... without demand.. then no supply..
if we not order to eat meat.. then no kill..

but if other animals (who "have to eat meat naturally and they have no choice") must be different..

it's not only because we are still in the Samsara..
but it's all about the justice..

if we love our life... other being they also do..

let's forget about shark's fin soup, bird nest, chicken soup.. etc..

coz many other food we can eat and enjoy our meal without killing..

and you will know how happy when our stomach full (without blood and..)

you will hear the chicken wake you up in the morning.. bird flying on the sky.. cow walk pass by and go to the field to eat some grass and give us some milk.. sometime we can walk with the dog and jump with the rabbit..!!

Stop the murder for a New Year of Love!!

Hi Every fan of Chinese New Year!!

The New Year come again!! This Year (2010) is on 14th of Feb..Yes!!! It's a Valentine's day too!!...This New Year is on Valentine's Day!! WOW!!!

I woke up and walk to the Veg.place like I usually do every day..

from my place to the Veg. place... gonna past one Chinese Temple..

I knew that today is the day Chinese people will offering food for the God , ritual  and the family member who pass away too...

I knew what I gonna see.. and I was right..

One Chicken on the disk.. and 3 more one the table.. 1 more on the higher table...

Yes.. This is the custom.. But.. Do we have to kill for celebrate the being of the year???

I remember that my family used to offering about 4 or 5 chickens for a  Chinese new year when I was young.. and we had to keep it and spend a week to finished those chickens!

This year I didn't go back home to celebrate the New Year with my family... and I hope they don't order too many chicken..

And if the time comes to me to do this celebrate.. I'm going to free the animals and use only Veg. food to start the first day of the year.... and the whole year...!!

I don't know how many Chicken die today... I'm sorry for all of them.. and wish their soul going to the good way.... coz they die for others and make those people enjoy the New Year!

Meat Free Monday in Thailand..!! It's time to change!!

Many time I can easily find the Vegetarian food in other country.. but not really easy in Thailand..!!

Now I found more Vegetarian place at Pranakorn Area in Bangkok, much more than 9 years ago since I became Vegetarian..

and now.. I just find out that some people also asked to do Veg. meal for once in a week...

Let follow the link and send the message to Thai Prime minister to make the project "Meat Free Monday in Thailand" promote Thai people to know more about Vegetarian food and support the restaurant to have "Veg. Menu" educated our people who love to go to the monastery not to offering MEAT to the monk!! That's too pity for a Buddhism Country!! I'm impress that in Islamic country like Malaysia have more Veg. food than us even they are not Muslim who own the restaurant but at least there is very common to find more Veg. Restaurant for every body more than Thailand that we always say that we are Buddhism Country, Please think about it!!!

ของหวานที่อร่อยเกินห้ามใจ ^0^

ว่างเมื่อไหร่ต้องไปกินให้ได้นะคะ ชิบูย่าฮันนี่โทสต์ (Shibuya honey toast) ของร้าน After You นี่ สุดยอดจริงๆค่ะ แบบว่า ขนมปังร้อนๆ หอมๆ ที่มีไอศครีมวนิลารศอร่อยเย็นๆ และวิปครีมก้อนนุ่ม โรยหน้าด้วยถั่วบด เพิ่มความกรุบกรอบ จากนั้น ก็เป็นหน้าที่ของพวกเราที่จะราดน้ำผึ้งหอมหวานรดลงไป โอ้โห..... ไม่ต้องบรรยาศ เอาเป็นว่า นั่งรถไฟฟ้า ไปลงซอยอารีแล้วเดินตรงไปที่ร้านเลยดีกว่าค่ะ ไปช้า จะต้องรอคิวนานนะคะ (ของเค้าดีจริงๆ)

อีกจานที่ชอบม้ากกกกกๆๆๆๆ คือเครปนุ่มๆ ที่สลับกับครีมเป็นชั้นๆ โอ้ว มายด์ ก๊อดดดด มันยอดม้ากกกก!!! นุ่มลิ้น และไม่หวานมากเกินไป รสชาติถือว่ากำลังพอดีม้ากมากกกกก แบบนี้ ชิ้นเดียวไม่พอแน่ๆ
ส่วนใครที่ชอบ แบบหวานอมเปรี้ยว นี่เลยๆๆๆๆ ต้องเอาไวท์ช็อคโกแลตราดสตรอเบอร์รี่ หวานอมเปรี้ยวกับน้ำสตรอเบอร์รี่ที่ทางร้านยกมาให้แบบไม่มีกั๊ก มันช่างเพิ่มความหรรษาในการกินของหวานแบบไม่มีเลี่ยนโดยแท้ แม่เจ้า กรี๊ดดดดด


อีกที่ที่พลาดไม่ได้เลย คือ ร้านอาหารอิสราเอล ก่อนถึงตรอกข้าวสาร (ฝั่งสถานีตำรวจ) ร้านนี้ นอกจากอาหารอร่อยมากถึงมากที่สุด ของหวานยังสุดๆ แบบว่้าอร่อยจนอดใจไม่ได้ แม้จะอิ่มมากแล้ว ก็ยังต้องสั่งมากินสนอง Need ม้ากๆ

จานที่แนะนำ คือ Lawa ช็อคโกแล็ตร้อนที่เสิร์ฟคู่ไอศครีม รสชาติอร่อยจนกินแล้วเหมืือนจะลอยได้ แค่เอาช้อนเตะลงไปตักตรงก้อนช็อคโกแล็ตอันแสนนุ่มแล้ว ช็อคโกแล็ตอุ่นๆข้างในจะทะลักออกมาเหมือนลาวาจากภูเขาไฟ แล้วไปผสมกับไอศครีมเย็นๆ เมื่อเข้าปากปุ๊ป ช็อคโกแล็ตร้อนๆ กับไอศครีมเย็นๆ ก็ละลายอยู่ในปากเข้ากันแบบไม่น่าเชื่อ ใครผ่านไปตรอกข้าวสารแล้วไม่แวะไปกินขนมหวานกับอาหารร้านอิสราเอลนะ กลับบ้านไปร้องไห้เสียดายไม่รู้ด้วย กรี๊ดดดด ว่าจะลดๆ ความอ้วนอยู่นะเนี่ยะ!!

อาหารเนปาลและอาหารทิเบตที่เดียวบนเกาะรัตนโกสินทร์

ใครที่ชอบบรรยากาศกรุงเก่ารอบเกาะรัตนโกสินทร์ แล้วอยากลองหาร้านอาหารแปลกๆ ใหม่ๆ ที่ได้บรรยากาศ เรามีที่แนะนำนะคะ

ที่ชอบไปมาก เพราะอร่อย และพอดีเปป็นคนชอบบรรยากาศหิมาลัยอยู่แล้ว ก็ต้องไปที่นี่เลยค่ะ
ร้านจาตรา Jatra restaurant and bar อยู่ที่ ถนนตาีนี ใกล้ๆวงเวียนวัดบวรฯ ปากทางเข้าระหว่างถนนรามบุตรีและถนนข้าวสาร อาหารที่นี่ มีทั้งอาหารเนปาล และอาหารทิเบต อร่อยมาค่ะ โดยเฉพาะ โมโม่ แบบว่า หากินที่ไหนไม่ได้แล้วค่ะ ต้องไปกินที่นี่เลย ไม่งั้นละก็ ต้องเก็บตังค์ ซื้อตั๋วไปกินที่ทิเบต เนปาล หรืออินเดีย ให้รู้แล้วรู้รอดไป ใครอยากไป ร้านเปิดตั้งแต่เที่ยงๆ ถึงห้าทุ่ม แต่เราว่า ไปกลางคืนได้บรรยากาศดีค่ะ โดยเฉพาะ ถ้ามากันหลายคน ยกขโยงไปนั่งชั้นสอง ชั้นสาม แบบ โต๊ะนั่งกับพื้น น่ารักมากค่ะ แถมถ้าหากมีปาร์ตี้ของคนเนปาลนะคะ ได้เจอชาวหิมาลัยตัวเป็นๆ เต็มร้านเลยค่ะ กรี๊ดดดๆๆๆๆ



อาหารแนะนำคือ โมโม่ เป็นอาหารทิเบตที่หาทานในเมืองไทยยากค่ะ บางคนบอกว่าเหมือนเกี๊ยวซ่า ที่จาตรามีสามแบบนะคะ มีไส้มังสวิระติ เป็นผักกับปานีร์ (ชีสเต้าหู้) ไส้แพะ ไส้ไก่ ทานกับน้ำจิ้มสูตรเนปาล อร่อยมากค่ะ

Potato Chilli จานนี้ก็อร่อยค่ะ เป็นมันฝรั่งผัดกับพริกอ่อน หอม มะเขือเทศสุกๆ รสชาติอร่อยกับกลิ่นหอมอ่อนๆ ของเครื่องเทศ นึกแล้วหิวขึ้นมาทันที

อีกอย่างที่ชอบมากกกกกๆๆๆๆ คือ Shaheer Paneer ค่ะ กรี๊ดดดดๆๆๆๆ แกงชีสเต้าหู้สำหรับชาวมังสวิรัติ มันเยี่ยมมากค่ะ น้ำแกงเค้าจะข้นแบบว่า เข้มข้นหวาน มัน เค็ม เผ็ด ได้ใจมาก ถ้าเรากินกับข้าวร้อนๆนะ โอ้วววๆๆๆ สุดยอดเลยค่ะ

ส่วนใครที่อยากทานเป็นเซ็ท แบบว่า มาลองชิมอาหารเนปาลเนี่ยะ เค้ามีเซ็ตให้เลย คือ จาตราเซ็ต มีให้เลือกสามแบบนะคะ คือ มังสวิรัติ แแพะ และ ไก่ ชาวมังสวิรัติ และชาวมุสลิม รับรองว่ามาร้านนี้แล้วไม่ผิดหวัง อาหารที่นี่ มีตัวเลือกเยอะ มากับเพื่อนๆ รับรองว่า ไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องใครจะทานได้ ไม่ได้เลยค่ะ
