Hi Every fan of Chinese New Year!!
The New Year come again!! This Year (2010) is on 14th of Feb..Yes!!! It's a Valentine's day too!!...This New Year is on Valentine's Day!! WOW!!!
I woke up and walk to the Veg.place like I usually do every day..
from my place to the Veg. place... gonna past one Chinese Temple..
I knew that today is the day Chinese people will offering food for the God , ritual and the family member who pass away too...
I knew what I gonna see.. and I was right..
One Chicken on the disk.. and 3 more one the table.. 1 more on the higher table...
Yes.. This is the custom.. But.. Do we have to kill for celebrate the being of the year???I remember that my family used to offering about 4 or 5 chickens for a Chinese new year when I was young.. and we had to keep it and spend a week to finished those chickens!
This year I didn't go back home to celebrate the New Year with my family... and I hope they don't order too many chicken..
And if the time comes to me to do this celebrate.. I'm going to free the animals and use only Veg. food to start the first day of the year.... and the whole year...!!I don't know how many Chicken die today... I'm sorry for all of them.. and wish their soul going to the good way.... coz they die for others and make those people enjoy the New Year!
